Output speed ranges from thirty to eighty pouches per minute depending on product characteristics and bag size. High speed models reach one hundred twenty pouches per minute for small format pouches.

Machine Construction

All product contact parts are stainless steel. The pouch grippers are made from food grade rubber that holds bags securely without tearing. The sealing bars are Teflon coated to prevent sticking. The frame is heavy duty steel with vibration damping feet for stable operation at high speeds.

Ease of Changeover

Changing from one bag size to another takes ten to fifteen minutes. Adjustments include gripper width, filling nozzle position, and seal bar height. For factories running multiple product lines, we offer servo driven changeover that stores bag dimensions in the PLC. Bag size change becomes a one button operation completed in under two minutes.

User Friendly Controls

The touchscreen interface displays real time production count, running speed, and fault diagnosis. Rejected pouches are automatically ejected and counted. A recipe system stores parameters for up to one hundred different products and bag combinations.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The filling area is accessible from two sides. The sealing assembly swings open for cleaning without tools. Daily cleaning takes ten to fifteen minutes using a food safe sanitizer and compressed air. Weekly lubrication of moving parts takes five minutes.
